3. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your

- Any actions taken under your account will be deemed as your
own.
- Notify us immediately at admin@tamam.mu if you suspect
unauthorized access to your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that
violate our policies.
4. Buyer Terms
- When you make a purchase, you enter into a direct
transaction with the vendor selling the item.
- Product descriptions, prices, and availability are managed by
vendors.
- Tamam.mu acts as an intermediary platform and is not
the seller of listed items.
- Buyers must verify product details and delivery terms before
completing a purchase.
- Refunds, exchanges, or disputes will be handled according to
the vendor’s individual policy, unless otherwise required by law.
5. Vendor Terms
Vendors using Tamam.mu agree to:
- Provide accurate and updated product information, prices, and
images.
- Deliver goods or services as described and within the agreed
timeframe.
- Comply with all applicable Mauritian business and consumer
laws.
- Not sell counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited products (see
Section 12).
- Handle customer data responsibly and in compliance with our Privacy
Policy and Data Protection Act 2017.
Tamam.mu reserves the right to remove or
suspend vendor accounts that fail to meet quality, legal, or ethical standards.
6. Fees and Payments
- Registration on Tamam.mu may be free, but vendors may be
subject to commission fees or subscription charges, as
detailed in their vendor dashboard or agreements.
- All transactions must be made in Mauritian Rupees (MUR)
unless otherwise specified.
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment
gateways.
- Tamam.mu is not responsible for any bank or gateway-related
delays or charges.
7. Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for packaging, shipping, and ensuring
products reach buyers in good condition; unless they use tamam for
delivery services.
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.
- Tamam.mu is not liable for late or failed deliveries caused by
vendors, logistics partners, or unforeseen events.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes
- Each vendor sets their own return and refund policy,
clearly visible on their store page.
- Buyers must contact vendors directly for issues with products
or services.
- Tamam.mu may assist in resolving disputes at its discretion but
is not obligated to provide refunds unless required by law.
9. Intellectual Property
- All content on Tamam.mu (including logos, text, images,
designs, and software) is owned by or licensed to Tamam.mu.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the
platform without prior written permission.
- Vendors retain ownership of their product images and
descriptions but grant Tamam.mu a license to display them for marketing
and operational purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tamam.mu provides the platform “as is”
without any warranties.
We are not liable for:
- Product quality, authenticity, or description inaccuracies.
- Delays, errors, or interruptions in service.
- Losses arising from unauthorized access to user accounts.
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from
your use of the platform.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Tamam.mu,
its owners, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, damages, or
expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.
12. Prohibited Activities and Products
You agree not to use the platform
for:
- Selling illegal, restricted, or counterfeit products (e.g.,
weapons, drugs, adult content).
- Spreading malware, spam, or harmful software.
- Engaging in fraudulent, misleading, or unethical practices.
- Violating intellectual property rights or data privacy laws.
We reserve the right to remove listings or
suspend accounts involved in such activities.
13. Privacy
Your use of Tamam.mu is also governed by
our Privacy Policy.
By using the platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as
described there.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the
platform after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted
in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mauritian
courts.
